Terms Of Service: AmateurWire servers including the webservers and PBX servers are property of the AmateurWire Network and as such are subject to certain restrictions. It would be very difficult to get banned from this service but AmatuerWire reserves the right to remove any user for any reason at any time with or without explanation. AmateurWire also reserves the right to monitor any communications on it's networks. Generally we will take the stance of privacy for our users but if you give us a reason to monitor your communications we will. The rules of our service are pretty simple. Always be kind and courteous to our fellow hams. Treat this service as you would the radio and also as you would your phone. Do not make calls to harass other users on the system. Just be a decent human being. If you can do this then this service will thrive and grow. Violations will typically be given a fair warning before removal but if you find yourself removed or locked out of the service you will have a chance to dispute the ban. It will be up to the administrators to give your account back or tag it for complete removal. If you do not harass other users or abuse the system in any way then you should be just fine. If you do not agree with anything I have said here this service is not for you and I would recommend you leave the registration now.
