Today I turned the registrations back on. The ISP has still not resolved my issue with my modem not being able to connect to other global IP addresses assigned through it however with everything running here locally I have been able to use a clever work around through the local network temporarily. The website and PBX now communicate with the email server locally so they can now send emails again. In the future I just plan to purchase a new modem and this issue can be resolved once and for all but for now this will do.
