NZSIP connectivity fixed

The incoming calls from NZSIP have been fixed. We were having issues with the incoming calls but that has now been fixed. Users of NZSIP can call users of the AmateurWire system by dialing 577+AmateurWire extension. Users of AmateurWire are able to call the users of NZSIP by dialing 640+NZSIP number.
