Final word on the emails.

So after all of this yet again this person has decided to email us all.
Here is their email

The deal with the way a disabled member of the community continues to be singles out and descriminated against is absolutely deplorable.  

The individual was banned from Amateurwire and had his phone and other services cut off without notice and then later banned because it was “suspected he may have sent emails and tried to hack the system” although no evidence was presented and no investigation completed. 

All timings have been noted and the relevant authorities have been notified. 

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 is a law that prohibits discrimination based on disability. It ensures people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else, mandating equal access to  clubs and organizations across all 50 states of the USA. 

This continued discrimination is in addition to the recent technical malpractice taking place on the video rooms.

Disgusting abuse and bullying of the most vulnerable people in society!

As for the ADA. You have clearly not done any of your homework or think that you will strike some fear into us.

To Whom It May Concern,

AmateurWire is a privately owned and operated hobbyist server network run out of a private residence. It is not a place of public accommodation, a commercial entity, or a public organization. Consequently, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has no legal jurisdiction or applicability here.

Network access is a privilege, not a public right. System administrative actions—including the termination of any services or accounts—are handled strictly based on technical data and server log violations to protect the security, stability, and uptime of the network infrastructure.

This matter is considered closed.

PS. The ham you claim who had their extension removed submitted a support ticket for which I still have a copy requesting to remove their extension. They voluntarily gave it up. (see screen shot) So your argument there is moot. As for the emails…. A select group of us know the full details of this so you have given me all I need to know who you are. You will remain banned from the jitsi group and if you’re lucky you won’t be ousted from the HamCam group again either.

Final notes.

You would do yourself good to just kindly remove yourself from our social circles. Once everyone else figures out who you are you will be shunned worse than you already are. This is an all inclusive hobby and we always welcome everyone. However sometimes we end up with people who are childish and ruin the hobby for everyone else and you are one of those people. So with that said….. Good bye and 73’s. This will gain no more of my attention. I have too much going on keeping things running here so everyone else has something to enjoy to worry about what you think.
