Phonebook Upgrade

The phonebook just got a new upgrade! This new and improved phonebook will pull active extensions to the top of the list and list the current call status. If you notice any bugs with the phonebook please send an email to ke8lcm@amateurwire.org or let me know on the Discord server and I will get on fixing it. I hope everyone enjoys this new upgrade.
