Recent outages and future service interruptions
Recently over the past week everyone has experienced some down time on their service. This has been totally my fault as I was working on some things with the network here for the servers. I have been attempting to improve things a bit more on this side to help ease some connection issues that have been happening lately.
There has been some users who, after all of this have been caught by the firewall and their extensions not registering and so on. If you are also having these issues please feel free to submit a support ticket and we will get to you.
Now for the future service interruptions. I have added some network equipment and moved some other things around, made new cables and this and that which has now left me with a rats nest of completely unused network cables running everywhere. To rectify this I am planning on disconnecting everything at some point tomorrow. This will be Sunday October 27th. I do not currently have a time frame for this outage planned yet but as I do I will try to post it here within an hour or more before it happens. I will also try to make sure to announce on Discord as well. The system will likely be down for at the very least an hour or more while I pull everything out and get everything here sorted out. Hopefully this will be the last major work I need to do until next spring.
Hopefully tomorrow goes well and the service will be down for as little time as possible. Anyone who has any connectivity issues after the work is done is encouraged again to come back to the site and submit a support ticket and we will do our best to resolve your issues.
